Time-based trials punish people who don't have a free fortnight to evaluate yet another tool. A lifetime cap lets you go at your own pace. Binge it over a weekend or sip it across six months. Either way, the moment you bump into the cap is the moment you actually know whether Notom is worth paying for.
Existing notes stay. New captures are blocked until you upgrade. AI inference is paused. Nothing is deleted. Come back six months later, upgrade, and everything's where you left it.

Not yet. Notom is single-user at launch. Multi-member spaces are on the roadmap and will land as a separate Team tier once we have signal from Pro users on what they actually need.
AI inference runs only when you save a note, only against our AI provider. Your notes are not sold, mined, or used to train models. Each AI-extracted action stays linked to the note it came from, so you can always see why it appeared.
If something's gone wrong in the first 14 days of a paid period, drop us a line and we'll sort it. Outside that, we don't pro-rate. Cancel and your sub runs to the end of the period.
